By using AOS, you agree to these terms. If you're using AOS on behalf of a company, you're agreeing on their behalf too. If you disagree, don't use AOS.
AOS provides AI-powered operational agents for manufacturing businesses. We'll do our best to keep it running, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. We're a startup — we'll be honest with you.
You own your data. We just process it to run the service. We won't sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it for anything other than operating AOS. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel anytime — no hidden fees or lock-in. We offer a 14-day free trial on all plans.
Refunds are handled case-by-case. Email hello@getaos.ai if you have a concern.
Use AOS for legitimate business purposes. Don't use it to do anything illegal, harmful, or that violates anyone else's rights. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that abuse the platform.
AOS, its logo, design, code, AI models, and all related materials are the intellectual property of Agentic OS Systems Sdn Bhd. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without written permission.
Your data remains yours. By using AOS, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service. This license terminates when you delete your account.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Agentic OS Systems Sdn Bhd, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of AOS, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
AOS is provided "as is." We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you won't exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of AOS shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
We'll notify you of significant changes to these terms. Continued use means acceptance.
